AC Alert Signup Help
Need help signing up for emergency alerts? Follow the guide below.
Step 1. Create an account
Visit the webpage: https://member.everbridge.net/453003085612570/new, fill out all of the required fields, and click the “Create Account” button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2. Fill in additional details
Optionally add more information about yourself; you may add more contact information and more locations of interest under “Profile” and “Locations”.
Step 3. Subscribe to cities of interest
You may check multiple Alameda County locations if you are interested in receiving alerts for them.
Step 4. Receive specific alerts
If you would like specific alerts regarding certain kinds of facilities (Church, Care Facility, etc), you may save this setting. Otherwise, click the “Skip this” button.
Step 5. Review your profile
Check the information you entered for accuracy, and go back to edit sections if needed. When complete, click the “Finish” button.
You have now completed signing up for notifications!

Apple Users: Download on the Apple App Store
Android Users: Download on the Google Play Store
